File it: search “[your state] AG consumer complaint.” Attach the BBB reply. Slow — weeks, sometimes months.
The EU referee
EU / EEAAn independent dispute body. Free for you — the platform pays if you win. Almost nobody has used it.
File it: after the appeal — user-rights.org or adroit.legal, with the final decision attached. Rulings aren’t binding; regulators read the trail.
Data erasure
EU · UK · CAAsk them to erase the ban record itself. The only rung that attacks the record, not the decision.
File it: written request citing GDPR Art. 17 / CCPA §1798.105. They often refuse citing safety — worth filing, not worth expecting.
