The three unconditional refunds

1. The 48-hour guarantee. If your filings are not submitted within 48 hours of your completed intake (24 hours on The Advocate), you receive a full refund automatically — and we complete the filings anyway, free. “Completed intake” means all required fields answered and your drafts approved; if approval sits with you, the clock pauses until you reply, and we tell you the moment it pauses and restarts.

2. The 3-day cooling-off. Cancel within 3 days of payment for any reason at all — no questions, full refund — provided your filings have not yet been submitted with your approval. If you're in the EU or UK, your statutory cancellation rights apply in addition to this and are never reduced by it.

3. Declined cases. If we decline your case for any reason — including our rule against representing bans involving violence, harassment or safety reports — you receive a full refund, always.

Partial situations, handled honestly

If some of your routes filed on time and others didn’t, you get a proportional refund for the late portion — and everything still gets filed. If you upgrade tiers mid-case, you pay only the difference; if you downgrade before filing, we refund the difference.

What is not refundable

Once your filings have been submitted with your approval, the work is done and the fee is earned — the outcome of those filings is never grounds for a refund, because no outcome is ever promised. Every page of this site says the same thing: the decision belongs to the platform. What you bought was the strongest honest case, delivered on deadline — and if you received that, the service happened.

How refunds are paid

To your original payment method, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Email hello@appealmyban.com with your case number; a human answers within one business day.

Before you charge back

Talk to us first — genuinely. Every refund in this policy is paid without argument, faster than a dispute resolves. A chargeback filed while a refund is already owed just slows your own money down.
