How it works

From $69.
Here’s exactly what happens.

The full procedure, nothing hidden — then three levels of how hard we fight.

We never guarantee reinstatement — the decision always belongs to the platform. We sell your best possible chance, prepared properly.
Words, chosen carefully, on deadline.

The procedure, step by step.

Every fact below is how these processes actually run — windows, deadlines, reply times.

1

The intake — ten minutes, before any payment

We ask for exactly what the filings need, and nothing else. Each field has a job:

  • The exact wording of your ban notice — it tells us which policy area the appeal has to answer.
  • Dates (ban, last payment, renewal) — appeals run on clocks: most platforms accept appeals for roughly six months from the notice.
  • The identifiers on the account (number, email, payment method) — they anchor the appeal and power any refund claim.
  • Your country of residence — it decides which routes legally exist for you.
  • Your side of the story — the context a template reviewer never saw.
2

Jurisdiction mapping — the routes you actually have

Dublin and Dallas get different levers. This is the real map:

  • The platform’s appeal (everyone) — filed through the official appeals channel, tied to your login; reviews typically come back in 3–7 days as In Review → Approved or Denied.
  • BBB complaint (US) — the company is asked to answer within 14 days, you get 6 days to respond to what they say, and most cases close within about 30 days — in public, on the record.
  • State Attorney General (US) — your state’s consumer-complaint portal; slow (weeks to months) but it lands on a legal desk, not a support queue.
  • An EU-certified dispute body (EU/EEA) — independent reviewers certified under the Digital Services Act; free for you, funded by the platforms; a case is a structured submission with the decision reference and a statement capped at 3,500 characters — every character has to earn its place.
  • Data-erasure request (EU · UK · California) — the company owes a response within one month (extendable for complex cases), after verifying your identity.
3

Drafting — the craft that changes outcomes

A strong appeal is calm, factual, and answers the specific policy area named in your notice. It adds the context a first reviewer never had, attaches evidence only where it genuinely clarifies, and is submitted once, properly — not five times angrily. Every draft goes to you for approval before anything moves. Nothing is ever filed in your name without your sign-off.

4

Filing — on the clock

Once your intake is complete and drafts are approved, everything files within 48 hours (24 on the Advocate tier) — or your money back in full, and we file anyway. You are copied on every single submission. The full refund policy →

5

Replies, decoded

Every reply comes with a plain-English note on what it means and what happens next. Approved — how to restore cleanly. Denied — which rung fires next and why. A BBB business response — your 6-day rebuttal window, and on Case and Advocate tiers we draft the rebuttal for you.

6

The close — your paper trail

Whatever happens, you end with the complete file: every filing, every reply, every deadline met — yours to keep. On the Advocate tier, if every route exhausts, you also get a written final options memo: what remains, what doesn’t, and an honest read on each.

Three ways we fight.

Same honesty at every level. What changes is how far we carry it.

✗  Guaranteed outcomes — nobody sells those
✗  Legal advice — not a law firm
✗  Violence/harassment bans — declined, refunded
Guaranteed unban?

No — and nobody honest says yes. We guarantee the work, the deadlines and the paper trail. Never the outcome.

Which tier do I need?

Simple ban, first fight: The Filing. Been denied before, or money involved: The Case. In the EU, or this really matters: The Advocate.

Falsely reported?

That’s most of our work. Violence or harassment cases: declined and refunded, without exception.

Why does the base cost only $69?

The routes are free and public — you pay for drafting, judgment and deadlines kept. Services charging $500 for “guaranteed unbans” are charging for a lie.

Intake first. Pay after.

We never guarantee reinstatement — nobody honest can. We give your case its best possible chance through every legitimate route. Not a law firm. No affiliation with any dating app — names identify the services people are banned from. Every route we file is free to do yourself: it’s all in the guide.
